At Steve Grady Custom Leather, every piece is made by hand, just for you. Here's what to expect from the moment you place your order to the day it arrives at your door.
Production Time Because each item is crafted to order, please allow 2–6 weeks for production before your order ships. Timelines vary based on the complexity of your piece and the sourcing of specific leathers and materials. For intricate or highly customized orders, we'll be in touch after purchase with a more precise estimate.
Rush Orders Need it sooner? Reach out before placing your order and we'll do our best to work with your timeline. Rush orders may carry an additional fee depending on current workload and material availability.
Shipping Methods & CarriersWe ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size and destination of your order. All orders include tracking, and you'll receive a notification with your tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.
